Good alternative to habit inducing allopathic medicines

jujube makes you wake up at night to pee ..
Magnesium supplemt is good..jujube makes your bladder full and wake up at night .. better to replace this jujube with some other ingredient that gives deep sleep after clinical research

Jujube extract destroyed product
Remove Jujube extract from product. Due to high amount of saponins and Alkaloids in Jujube extract , this product becomes potent diuretic and doesn't allow you to sleep. Urinary frequency increases.
