I’m really pleased with his this turned out! I love the way it looks and it was really easy to install. For reference I used 10 packs of hair. My hair is extremely thick so my braids underneath are thick and as close together as I could get them. I had to use more to fill in the back so that you couldn’t see any spaces and it hid the bulkyness of my braids. The hair was really soft, good quality for synthetic hair. I wanted to try something cheaper to see if I’d like it enough to spend more on real hair. I probably will stick with this hair. The price is great and the hair is really good. It did smell a bit, but I washed it in warm water and then let it dry. The smell was gone after that. No tangling yet, but this is only day 3. This will be my go-to protective style on my hair!! UPDATE: The hair does tangle. I’m 3 weeks in now and the pieces that rub against my clothes are matted and tangled. But I purchased enough hair to just swap them out. Which is my plan to make them last at least 3 more weeks. (As long as my hair lasts in these cornrows because it is GROWING) Still would give this hair 5 stars because of the price and ease of installation!

I absolutely love these boho box braids! The 1B/30 color blend is beautiful and looks even better in person. They were super easy to install, lightweight, and didn’t irritate my scalp at all. I used all 8 packs for a full head and got so many compliments. They do tangle with one another, but just run your fingers through. The hair itself does not tangle, I had it installed for about three weeks and it is not frizzy at all. Will definitely purchase again!

This is my third time purchasing the 8 Packs Goddess Box Braids, and I can honestly say the quality has been consistent every single time. The hair always arrives quickly, neatly packaged, and ready to install with minimal prep. I love how soft, lightweight, and natural the braids look. They do not have that stiff or overly shiny appearance that some synthetic crochet styles have, which makes them blend beautifully. I get compliments everywhere I go, whether I am at work, running errands, or out with friends. The curls at the ends stay bouncy, and even after a few weeks, they still look fresh with a little mousse or oil sheen. I usually wear mine for six to eight weeks, and it stays neat with minimal frizz. The 14-inch length is perfect for a classy, easy-to-manage look that still feels full and stylish. As someone with 4C hair, I also appreciate how gentle these braids are on my scalp. They are lightweight enough that they do not pull at my edges, which is a big plus for protective styling. Each pack has plenty of braids, so seven packs easily give me a full and natural style without being too bulky.

As someone who is used to buying the Freetress Boho Goddess Braids, this is a close comparable as I can no longer purchase Freetress due to the news about them containing lead and other harmful chemicals in their hair. Pros: more color options than beauty supply store brands, soft texture, easy and fast shipping, easy to wash, thick enough braids, looks pretty, different length options Cons: arrived with a funny smell but was easy to wash, the braids are heavier than beauty supply store brands, tangles, 8 packs was not enough and I don’t have a big head (I was able to fill in some spots from previous box braid crochet hair I had in my archive) Final thoughts: I have had this hair in almost a week as I write this. I am glad I tried it but I can’t say I’d buy them again or leave them in too long. The hair is cute. However, they are heavy which can be exhausting at times and cause headaches if you sleep wrong.

Omg! I just love love this hair! I think I purchased this item about three times. It's worth every penny! And it's easy to install. It does not have a stinky scent. And the hair is very soft at first. Now give it 6 weeks. It does get tangled up.

I really liked this crochet hair and wavered what rating to give it, a 3 or a 4, so I will go with the 4. It was very easy for my braider to do it, the crochet needle that came in the bag did hurt a bit, so I wished she used her own. I did need more hair than 8 packs as another reviewer recommended, so I am glad I bought a second bag. My braider used 3 extra packs from the second bag. The color is very pretty, and the quality seemed better than my first hair I bought in January (another brand) . The hair was tight for several days and then it would itch, and the ends of the hair would prick through my blouses and tops in the back so I had to use my back scratcher several times a day, so that was annoying. I did not break out though. The hair was mostly tangle free as it states, I still used my wig spray from Shea Moisture, and braid sheen spray and mouse, it did get tangled underneath due to the friction of my hair and the clothes, so that was expected, it would detangle once I used the products. I was much better at taking care of the hair, using the larger sleeping bonnet and shower cap. The biggest con was that the hair was so silky so the knots would loosen up from the corn rows, and that made me feel uncomfortable. I had to tighten them frequently, thankfully no braids came out, but after two and a half weeks of wear I was ready to take them out. It served it's purpose for my trip to Napa Valley and to my Nephews wedding. I would not purchase the hair again, maybe if it's washed whatever made my head itch would stop, but I would try another brand.

Good quality, it needs two packages to have a good volume.

You will need MORE than ONE order to cover your head except you have a small head. I had to order another set. Easy to install but get ready for it to slip off! I used rubber band to secure the root of my hair at the back - easier for me to keep top of head and front more secure but hair will slip off FOR SURE. I washed before installing. I used moss and it tapes the hair instantly. I slp with a silk bonnet with the hair n pineapple hold. Day 2. So far so good. Y extra hair comes tomorrow but until then, cannot wear hair down. All in all, not bad but we will see.
