I have the pre-installed console. How do you get the old rails out? Not phillips, torx or allen head?

I bought this item for my 2021 Tundra SR5 Crewmax. This tray fit perfectly inside the center console without any adjustments or modifications.

I have the 2019 Tundra TRD SR5, and this item fit like a glove. Very happy with it. I also ordered the organizer that goes below it (four pieces of plastic that fit together to make small dividers below this tray). happy with it also.

No, it only for 2014-2021 tundra.

Can this coin holder be moved?

Yes it can be removed. The other person wh9 answered this and said no, is missing most of their brain cells.
