I have been drinking Sleepytime tea forever. It’s relaxing. You can purchase vanilla, mint, honey etc. try it you won’t be disappointed.

My husband has been buying me this tea for years. I decided to check Amazon do see if they did a bulk option discount & that’s what I found here with the subscribe & save option! If you personally do not like/ want bulk amounts, but do want to save money, these teas can also be great gift add ons as well. If you know a tea lover or someone with sleep trouble or just someone who likes their relaxing time this would be great way to show you’re thinking of them. I love chamomile tea & these seem like a good brand for the lower price compared to other options. The taste is always normal and smell. The strength of these tea is nothing to write home about because this tea in itself is not going to make you clunk out lol. I always drink it while I’m in bed winding down and it’s a nice routine for me I’ve been having for years.

I really do love this tea, but I did not love how it arrived. The outer shipping box looked fine, but I could smell the tea even before opening it. Inside, the six-pack of tea was in a cardboard carrier box that wasn’t fully closed on the ends, so the tea scent was very strong. When I checked further, I found that all six individual tea boxes were unsealed—unlike in the store, where each box is wrapped in clear cellophane for freshness and safety. This was surprising and concerning. Without that seal, the boxes could have been tampered with, and the tea itself is left exposed to air, which affects freshness. One box in particular was so poorly closed that I could see the white wax paper pouch inside. Between the packaging flaws, lack of safety sealing, and the risk of staleness or contamination, I didn’t feel comfortable drinking this batch and unfortunately tossed it. It’s a shame, because the tea itself is wonderful and the price here was the best I’ve seen. But for peace of mind and freshness, I’ll be buying this in-store going forward. I may have felt better if it had been in the description to expect no cellophane, but these boxes do need to be sealed-- where each box is individually sealed or the lot of 6-- but some effort should have been made to make the buyer (me) be aware.

Hi all! So I'm 23 years old with bipolar, fibromyalgia, and insomnia I've had sleep studies done on me, EEG, and scans, given prescribed pills such as Gabapentin and Benzos (Xanax and Klonopin) that cause the next day "hangover" feeling, I've taken Melatonin, weighed blankets, sleep mask, oils, ASMR, Valerian root pills, lavender, chamomile, passion fruit teas, I don't consume anything with caffeine and stay away from sugars 5 hours before bed as much as I can and I still suffered. I am the type to either stay up all night but on the nights I do sleep it's spent tossing and turning and waking up every hour or so, with big eye bags. I met a sweet retired doctor who recommended this combination for me and it's helped a lot I can stay asleep longer, although it's not a cure for it I still struggle at times but overall it's been a huge difference I even improved in my personal and work life from sleeping better and more of a deep sleep even if it's just a few hours. If you suffer from no sleep you know the tortue. If I feel tired and know my body can sleep a little then: I brew 1 bag of the sleepytime tea Add 300mg of Valerian root drops to the tea It gives me no "hangover" feeling the next day and I can usually stay deep sleep from 10pm-1:30am ish but can usually fall back to sleep after an hour or two then sleep again until 6 am If I need a lot of help for sleep then I brew 2 bags of sleepytime tea and either add 600mg of Valerian root or take 5-10mg of melatonin (I take 10 because of my experiance with trial and error) This allows me to sleep until about 1 or 2 am but i'm able to fall asleep instantly, then I wake up again at 6 am and I'm able to sleep again until 8 am yes this option will give a small "hangover" feeling but, it usually wears off FOR ME after I wake up at 8 am and I can continue with my day without feeling drained or dragged. I have now started to buy in bulk and brew a lot and then wait to cool down and keep in in the fridge so it's easier to comsume as sometimes I forget to make it or get too lazy, will update if it's still effective when it's kept in the fridge

Great tea, but not sure by in 2020 it was $20(SGD) for the 6 pack, in 2021 it was $26 and suddenly its $35 in 2022 - delivered. whats with the crazy price yo!

Everything with this product was exactly as it is supposed to be and it arrived early!
