Missing items
The product I received is missing the height extension and the rubber base that supports the legs. It’s also shorter than the version sold in the US which I had. Makes me think that this is not the real Squatty Potty. Very disappointing!

A total game changer
I bought this for my cousin for Christmas after she saw mine, and she said it’s a total life saver. The design is simple but really effective, and it’s sturdy enough to use every day. Highly recommend if you want a practical gift that actually makes a difference! It’s also very easy to clean!

This thing works GREAT!
Wasn't sure what to expect but fighting IBS - C is no joke. It took no time to get used to this squatty potty and now my poop comes out smoothly and easily. I only just got it a few days ago and I've been using it every day since. I no longer dread bowel movements. YAY! Just wanted to mention too that I am a person of some, ahem 'girth' so really wasn't sure if I'd even be able to use it with my big belly BUT, it's not a problem! I don't even really have to push very hard any more. It's pretty sturdy. It did come dusty but was easy to just wipe down (seems like they store it in a warehouse with no plastic or box covering it. Seriously .... if you have issues in the bathroom going number 2, this little thing is going to change everything for you. Great buy! Very pleased so far.

Missing anti-skid rubber pads – unusable and no return option
The Squatty Potty I received from Amazon is defective: three of the four anti-skid rubber pads on the base legs are missing. This makes the unit unstable and unsafe to use. I contacted Amazon for a return or replacement, but they stated returns are not allowed for this item, so I’m stuck with a product that doesn’t function as designed. For the price, this is unacceptable quality control and customer service. Do not buy this unless you’re willing to risk receiving a defective product with no way to get it resolved.
