When I opened it I got this really bad smell. Opened the box it kinda felt wet and it had a black spot like it shows in picture. And the pad itself smell bad and has some black spots. I dont want that touching my child.

I don’t even know if this is even worth the price. How is it even #1 release? Product made my baby be drenched in sweat while in the car seat with this thing. Better off without it... waste of money and definitely not worth the price they are asking for... better products out there

We don’t leave the house without this in August in Dubai. I’m not sure what we would have done without it. Probably never left the house with the baby in this scorching heat. Only problem is that it heats with heat, so you can’t leave it in a hot car and expect it to retain the cold, you need to take it with you and leave it in the fridge when you’re at home.

My baby was sweating and hated the car seat. I had no idea what to do. So I tried this product. I live in Texas and it is hot. This product works!!!! No more screaming, hot, sweaty baby!!! I will definitely buy this for any of my friends having babies!!!! Must have!!!!

My baby sweats easily and we purchased this to help him call down and half insulation. However, this item is super dense, non-porous, does not provide ventilation, and that’s not cool whatsoever. If put in the refrigerator in a quart for a few minutes during use but then it becomes another hot item. It looks pretty, but it does not provide any support. The canvas material looks like it may be difficult to clean. I do not recommend this item as it did not function properly.
