DeSantis Slim-Tuk - Pistol Holster for Concealed Carry

It does what it is supposed to do very well while being minimalist in design. Very good retention and fit. It may appear flimsy as it flexes when pinched, but it's sturdy and doesn't flex under normal use. I think this was intentional in order to make it as thin and comfortable as possible. Even the name suggests it--"Slim Tuk". The tuckable C-clip is why I got this so I can tuck in my shirt at work. High quality clip that locks with jaws! With tuckable clips, you need to use wider, sturdier belts to minimize holster movement. I wore a cheap Chaoren leather ratchet belt bought from Amazon, and it works well, but does have some movement. Gotta thank DeSantis for bringing high quality made in USA products at very competitive pricing!

I’ve been on the hunt for a holster that doesn’t leave an imprint and is comfortable. I’ve had leather holsters and kydex holsters but I think this is the best one yet! It checks both of those boxes. Before this holster, I was using the Q Series holster. It was good at not leaving an imprint but it was kind of uncomfortable. Also, the retention on it was too tight with no adjustment. I carry at 2 o clock and it would jab into my thigh when I bent down on sat down in the car. If you’ve seen the Q Series holster for the MP shield you would see that there’s this bulge that pokes out that stabs your leg. I had to modify it to make it slightly more bearable. The Desantis holster doesn’t jab into me and it’s still slim enough to not leave an imprint! I’m able to bend over, wear it while I’m driving and do many things with it and still have it be comfortable. It has an adjustable retention and an adjustable cant angle too, making it perfect! There are two cons about this holster. First is, I wish that the clip was metal. Second con is, the clip moves slightly. Other than that, I think this is the final holster I will have to buy! Unless that clip breaks on me.

I am one of those people that needs an accurate description before I purchase something. Even though I'm told the Shield 30 Super Carry is the exact same dimension and the Shield 9 Plus it would be great if the description was updated to reflect that. It was nerve racking for when my 30 SC and this holster arrived and got to put them together. It fits great and was exactly what I was looking for! It is slim, lightweight, and adds zero bulk to the gun. I'm still giving this fantastic holster five stars even though I had to disassemble it right after putting my firearm in it the first time. It was to loose and the tension screw wouldn't tighten down anymore. The end the screw was gunked up with possibly blue locktite, but after cleaning and reassembling with my own locktite I got the perfect retention I wanted.

Solid holster, the kydex retention is very good, and the holster is very minimalistic and is very comfortable. The clip design is rtarded, I switched it out for a DCC clip and it works much better. I have several holsters for my shield, including a tier 1 concealed axis, which is still my go to holster for edc, but this slim conceals so much nicer. I would recommend it, as long as you get a new clip for it.

This is an excellent holster. It is easy to adjust the Cant and the Retention. This is only the second holster I ever bought, and I like it a lot better than the hard plastic holster I bought before. The best part is the 'tuck ability'. Wearing jeans and a tucked in golf shirt, it just disappears. My wife couldn't even tell I was carrying, even thought I was not wearing anything over it. Plus, the price is unbeatable. The only gripe I have is that it does tilt if I am wearing a normal leather belt, but that is unavoidable when using a single slim clip. Overall, I highly recommend this holster for all Shield Plus owners.

fantastic design! Easy to use and lightweight! I have one for all of my weapons and will continue to. The only thing I would add is an option for a weapon light but other than that it is the perfect ccw. Can be used for SOB carry or Appendix with ease and comfort. Attaches securely to belt and even seems to work decently without a belt, though i recommend the belt for proper usage.

Had to some adjustments and fit

This 100% does not fit a shield plus. Fits a shield just fine. But the trigger is exposed on a shield plus. Wouldn’t recommend. If they can’t tell you what it can fit what is the point? Very disappointed.
