Good quality and taste..

The jaggery cubes I purchased were outstanding. They had a rich, caramel-like flavor and a soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture. Perfect for sweetening beverages or adding a natural sweetness to recipes. Definitely a must-have for anyone seeking an alternative to refined sugars.

Dhampur has great products, but this lot of 2 jars that i received were too bad : Stale, and bad taste. Jaggery cubes had white old smelling white powdery core and taste really bad / rancid. I ordered them on 12th Nov and it was delivered on 15th Nov. Since i already had some stock in hand, i opened the box today 6th Dec, and found tgem inedible. Worst was Amazon Customer service who kept on suggesting that since it is more than 15 days our policy does not allow refund or exchange of product. So much for being a prime member. I had ordered expensive 24 mantra jaggery along with this, found it to be of good quality. Did not expect such treatement by Brand like Amazon !!

Jaggery for eating raw ,it is soft fresh and tasty

The Product cannot be consumed as it is. Possibly the stage of deodorising it is not carried out due to it's Organic Label. But eating it straight from the container is difficult due to the Fishy Smell. Possibly this is due to the Fertilisers used in growing the Sugar Cane.The above not withstanding, the Company is sensitive to it's customers and did reach out to me to understand the issue.

Very poor quality check, food item contains lot of moisture.So either exposed to air or extreme heat.
