LET'S RESIN Silicone Jar Resin Moulds with Lid

This is a set of 2 moulds - 1 jar and 1 screw-on lid. I really didn't expect the finished lid to screw on properly but it absolutely does although it can be prone to sticking slightly which I overcome with the merest wipe of something like WD40 or a light dusting of talcum/baby powder. The moulds are easy to use and turn out surprisingly easily. Because the base of the jar takes quite a lot of resin, I tend to fill ⅓, give it a tap to (hopefully) release any air bubbles, fill another ⅓ then repeat - a method which has so far worked well. Because the base is quite large (in resin terms), I expected it to take a little longer to fully cure, so left it 48hrs to be absolutely sure after which it was fine. I have now made several of these for my grandchildren, (mixed with gold mica powder to make them a 'little pot of gold') and they're perfect because if dropped, they won't shatter like glass. These are great fun to make, perfect to decorate and give as gifts (empty or filled) and I would recommend people give them a try.

Arrived when it said it would. Sensibly packaged in box with other items. I made the jar from my bees wax. Screw top works well.

I like purchasing moulds from let's resin because they have the amount of resin required printed on them but these didn't which was a shame and frustrating because I could have purchased a similar mould for a different seller for less and the moulds looks the same anyway besides the missing resin amount the actual moulds are nice, smooth and demould is easy, doesn't take loads of resin, easy to personalise each pour by adding colours, inks, glitter, foil etc the only reason for the 4 star instead of the whole 5 stars is purley because of the missing numbers for the amount of resin required. Reasonable price paid, ideal size for a small pot for jewelry to go in at the end of the day or similar. Recommend

Very pleased with the product, it makes a thick walled pot with a screw on lid. A couple of air bubbles from the resin, but nothing too extreme! Beautiful pot.

I made a jar - a pretty jar with lots of sparkles and glitter for my pretty granddaughter. She's a very girly little girl and even wears pricess fancy dress for a walk on the beach. A Pink Sparkly jar full of dreams and love from her aged Nanna is a present she will love. I am still new to resin and this was easy to make and release with no issues for my badly arthritic hands. If I can do it, anyone can. It takes roughtly 160ml or resin to fill both moulds. I underfilled the base slighly, but will top that up after first including her name into the resin, so not the error I first thought. I am very pleased with the mould and delighted with my very first result. I'm toying with buying an additional mould as, with suitable inclusions, they should sell well at Craft Fairs.

Really nice mold. Easy to use and first time right, especially the lids. With other molds, the lids tend to be very tricky to get properly filled. It takes quite a lot amount of resin but cures within a day. I like the fact that you can screw the lid so you can actually store things safely. It weights around 150g and it has a 100ml capacity. Very happy with them :-)

Ce sont de belles réalisations avec ce moule mais comme je l'ai dit plus haut un peu difficile à démouler, c'est toujours le cas avec ce type d'objet mais le résultat est génial, a conseiller.

Den är lätt att använda och locket passar verkligen. Jag trodde inte att skruvlocket skulle fungera men det gjorde det.

I love that the jars screw closed. Easy to work with and great value. High quality item and easy to remove art from. Easy to clean being silicone and very functional.
