Works great except with inferior laptops
Amazing product that makes my work life exponentially easier. The only issue I had was with an older laptop. Sometimes when I had too many things plugged in, things would stop working (mouse, keyboard) etc. but again this was computer related, not this product. Once I got a new laptop everything worked great. So just make sure if you have crap laptop don't overload it.

Great Dock
This item works great with my HP Spectre 360 2 in 1. Has some issue getting others to work and display proper resolution. This was basically plug and play. Provides Ethernet, dual video and additional usb. Got it reconditioned and saved a bunch of $$.

Simple yet effective. It will require some drivers so if it's for use with a company laptop, make sure your company will allow you to download and install them. I lucked out in that our company uses a similar Targus dock that uses the exact same drivers.

Works as intended; zero issues.
I have one device with the power tips; and two without. I recommend this version over the one with the power tips due to smaller size. This is approved by my employer's IT department because it doesn't cause registry problems.
