only just fits in my small microwave but it works well and so far has not stained

Excellent for microwaving stuff. It's sturdy and does the job. Loses one star because since warming up standard cream of tomato soup exactly according to instructions, it's got an eradicable stain.

Good strong jug

Already have this jug bought from a well known Kitchen store, didn’t want to same again as the lid is very difficult to put on, so usually give up on it.As I couldn’t find anything else this size I reluctantly sent for it in a different brand not only was it cheaper there is a small lip on the lid to help get it off.I could not believe the difference between the two the new one is perfect for my needs and the lid is user friendly and easy to get on and off. I can highly recommend it.

It is large, which was my primary reason for buying it.The biggest problem with it is that it is difficult to properly fit the lid onto the jug.

Very nice and great value for money

Looks good, not used yet. Now I am 76, got most of my marbles but the jug confuses me. Has measurements on outside of jug. Jug is not see through - when filling with water, how can I measure it when cannot see markings or where water is up to please ?. I know I can weigh the water but was curious.Sue
