I received this product and the cover on the dial that turns the product on and off keeps falling off and a couple of the attachments were cracked so they could not be used, I messaged the seller and with a little back and forth they refunded my money without makingme spend more money to return the item, after all that and sense they were so kind to refund the money I might give them another chance and purchase the product again. I think I just got a defective product I think overall it is worth the money and I would recommend to anybody

As long as you don't use full power it works awesome. I had to get the first one replaced because ot quit working about 1 minute during full power. The new one seems fine. I don't think you need full power anyways.

This was my second order. First package arrived and complete with only two of the glass attachments. Once I receive the second order, it was complete, but I tried it immediately after prepping the glass with alcohol. Tried device for three consecutive days and did not notice any change or improvement to my breakouts nor in firmness. I feel it made my breakouts worse. Price range was fair.

Patiently waited for this item only for some part to come broken. I'm not returning because I don't have the patience for waiting on a new set again.

I wouldn’t recommend it as it won’t last long until it stops working unfortunately. Plus the different heads you put on doesn’t stay as it falls out when using it.
