Very useful for reducing puffiness, convenient easy to grab from freezer. Very pleasant feel while rolling along face and under eyes. Good value for money.

I love these and often pull them out of the freezer after moisturizing. I think they help bring swelling down, but if anything they're relaxing and feel great on a hot day.
