I bought this based on the reviews...It's a little thinner than it looks on the photos but it is so warm and soft it's a game changer to my quality of sleep.I washed it at 40C (as suggested) as soon as it arrived. It dried within a day hung on the airer.It looks lovely on my single bed and getting into bed I was amazed how warm it felt compared to my egyptian cotton good quality duvet cover.It feels that warm that I have been able to turn the heating down in the bedroom...it's that good!Highly recommend this cover.Update October 2024I have used these duvet covers(I bought 2) during the winter months and they have washed well, although they have shed quite a bit of fluff especially in the first few washes.The one thing that has been an issue with booth duvet covers is that they have stretched lengthways about 6inches so did not fit right on the quilt... I fixed this by cutting off the extra 6inches and then fitting zips to replace the buttons/buttonholes that would not stay fastened. I took the time to do the alterations because I still love the fabric and cozy feel of the cover.As a result I have reduced the rating from 5 to 4 stars due to these issues.

Hello everyone, I had Poughill this duvet cover in a hope to have a nice warm edition to my duvet collection.Instead the material was so shedding itself our whole upstairs, downstairs of our home was covered with this small fluff.Still today,not using the cover a months finding buts from it. Imagine people with asthma or other respiratory health conditions.When I had contacted the customer service. They said I should drop off the duvet. The issue is the the closest post office is 140 miles.They don't giving me any other options such as Evri pick up from my home address. Don't reply to my messages either.If your health means anything to you don't by this very,very poor quality duvet for such a high price.Thanks

I bought this duvet for my homemade dog bed.She loves it and cosies snuggly into its softness. Easy to wash too.

Super warm and cosy.

I washed this before putting it onto my bed and there was fluff everywhere and it literally stuck to everything that the fluff touched. It can’t go in the dryer and it took some drying on the clothes airier and once it was dry there was still fluff flying everywhere.Inside the covered has a horrible scratchy feel but luckily you only have to touch that part when your putting your quilt inside. The cover itself does feel nice and soft and snuggly but unfortunately there is still a lot of fluff coming off the cover and it’s making it uncomfortable to sleep as the fluff is going up my nose and in my eyes. Very disappointing
