TiRant RAZOR V3 (Custom Carbon Fiber) Right Side Scale HANDLE Upgrade ONLY.

The media could not be loaded.  The TiRant Razor has become my favorite and most used edc item. So as soon as I saw this carbon fiber scale I bought it. For anyone having fit issues make sure you pull the washer off of the titanium scale and swap it over to the carbon fiber and not just the bearing. I hadn't noticed the washer because it was stuck to the titanium scale with oil. I wasn't getting the normal smoothness I've fell in love with. I contacted Exceed Designs on Instagram. As always they were fast to reply and help walk me through the problem. Once I added the washer everything was back to running smooth. Another amazing product from a company that really care about their customers. I've attached a picture to show where the washer may get stuck. It blends in and stays in place because of the oil.

3rd time was the charm. My first two attempts to get the original scale off..😞👎. I decided to try one more time to get the small screw loose. It was really in there good. Got the vice out again. Got the heat going. Ground down one wrench head to fit tighter and SUCCESS, after a miner issue getting one pin back into place properly. New scale and pry tool on. Great look. Great feel. Smooth action. Solid lock up. This Tirant V2 will be my E D C just as a previous version of the Tirant has been for many months now.

Ordered the carbon fiber scale then after reviewing the install video, i reached out to Exceed Designs, requesting them to perform the install.Josh responded & a week later it was sent back, install completed, warranty intact.Great service, exceptional warranty. Found the installation of the carbon fiber scale on the TiRANT RAZOR v2 very easy and smoothly. Please use common sense and install the spacing washer of the original Ti Scale to the Carbon Fiber. If done alignment and function will be perfect and smoothly. Please refer to pictures of my finished installation. Highly recommended.

The guide pin near the bearing was extremely difficult to get seated in the CF, but with a mallet and some persuasion I got everything to seat properly. Also if you don’t have steady hands like me you’re in for a absolute nightmare. The bearings like to jump out when fitting it back together so be aware and have a tray to work on. Other then that it looks great and still smooth as butter, extremely happy with the outcome!Low stars is due to the difficulty of installation.

This is a beautiful scale. The first one that came had an issue. I contacted Josh at Exceed and he immediately sent a replacement that was perfect. Incredible customer care and service. Now, I’m just waiting on my knife. Can’t wait!!!

Help if I could actually put them on. Heated screws bought real torx and can get screws out knife is cool when was together yay

This definitely adds a nice touch to the knife, but follow the instructions on this page. It’s a little finicky to install. Make sure you understand how to replace the washer.
