I don’t usually take the time to write long reviews, but this company absolutely deserves one. I purchased this 12” x 12” light box back in November 2025, and it has been one of the best purchases we’ve made. My husband uses it every single day to photograph Pokémon cards for his Mercari store, so it gets a lot of use. The lighting is bright, consistent, and makes our photos look so much more professional. It has been an essential part of our setup. Unfortunately, after months of daily use, the wire connected to the LED control board broke, causing the lights to stop working. I reached out to the company expecting it to be a long process or that I’d have to buy another one myself. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Alice from customer support responded quickly, was incredibly kind, and immediately reassured me that they would take care of the issue under their 2-year warranty. She patiently answered every question I had, explained the different replacement options, and never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. When I mentioned that I would prefer having a replacement shipped directly to my home instead of going through the refund process, they happily accommodated my request without any hesitation. They arranged the shipment right away and even promised to send me the tracking information as soon as it became available. In a time when so many companies make warranty claims difficult, it’s refreshing to find one that truly stands behind its products and treats customers with kindness and respect. The product itself has been fantastic, and the customer service has honestly been even more impressive. I bought this photography light box as a gift for my husband to use for taking pictures of products for his online business, and it has been great! He uses it regularly, and my daughter and I even use it often for our own photos. It’s easy to use and does a great job of making product pictures look better. Definitely a great purchase and a very useful gift!

Let me start off by saying this is worlds better than the old "table with a fabric backdrop" I was using for years. I have it on an elevated stand so I can take batches of hundreds of photos while standing comfortably, not bending over, hurting my back. Pros: The 32" size is big enough to photograph an 18" long object as long as you stand it at least 3/4 of the way to the back wall. The grey background sheet is truly neutral grey, which is very important to me. I white balance to the background, so that if any of the vintage objects I'm photographing show age yellowing, the camera doesn't adjust and hide that inadvertently. Having a truly neutral background is crucial. The lights are bright and light objects far more evenly than my old setup, which involved clip-on lights around the table and an overhead ceiling light. I've been very happy with the photo quality, both for sales items and for the hobby reference site I photograph for. Cons: It took two of us twenty minutes to convince and cajole it into shape. Assembly is intuitive, but super tight-fitting, so we needed one person to push the posts into the corner while the other pulled on the covering to get it over the corner pieces. I wouldn't want to have to set it up and take it down often. I'm taking one star off for the wiring harness. It's too short! You would expect to attach all three lights to the harness, and have it be long enough for the controller to sit right next to the booth on the table top. Nope - It hangs in mid-air, supported only by the thin cables that attach to the lights. That doesn't seem safe, and isn't very easy to use. Why not add a foot of cable to insure that the controller isn't pulling on the cables the whole time? The controller also heats up, so that's a bit of a concern. We're going to create a riser stand to support the controller's weight, with a mesh top to allow airflow under it to help keep it from overheating. Would I buy it again, having used it for a few months? Yes, I think I would.

Excellent light box for product photography, the quality is amazing. Its got a cool sleek look instead of big and blonky. I run an online business where I have to get pictures of items and this really makes life alot easier. It has a hole on top for flat lay pictures as well. It is adjustable in the fact that it has a area in the front where you can either do a full open open cavas or shoot your photo through the velcro area. It comes with multiple backdrops and it is lightweight but not too lightweight where it feels cheap. All in all you cant beat the price and Ill probbably be getting a bigger one in future for bigger products, Thanks. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up

Light box works really well for creating professional looking photos. Very easy to set up and take down and I love the extra backgrounds and carrying tote. Quality product at a reasonable price.

Have been using this for store front photos and its great. Size at 12 x 12 is perfect for what I use it for. The Black and White backgrounds are great and thin sheet of plastic, other backgrounds (not used yet) seem to be paper product though. The box is seems pretty durable and should last & cant be beat for the cost. With the inserts and all you get great white and shadow balances. The included LED is nice and bright with a few stages in between. I also like the adjustment from the cut outs and camera openings for different angles.

It is worth the money however I did have issues. I got the 32x32 cube booth and there was a fitting issue. 1. Mine may be a “one-off” but my tubes for the frame were too long. I double and tripled checked that all tubes were fully seated in the corner pieces but no matter what I tried, I couldn’t get the booth to fully zip. I stretched and pulled the fabric as much as possible and still, no dice. I had to cut off 0.5 inches off each tube to get the Photo Booth to fully zip. Even with cutting off half an inch, the booth is still snug. 2. There were several tube that fit too loose in the corner pieces and kept sliding out as I put together another corner. Tricky to do by yourself, found the best option is to do it on the floor and then move it to a table or workbench AFTER the booth is fully zipped up. 3. Consumer warning! Again mine may have been a one off but the frame tubes came sharp from the factory/seller. And yes this was before I shortened them. When I first put it together, one tube rolled off my table top (about waist high) and landed directly on top of my foot. Now I have a crescent shape cut on my foot and bled for like a hour. Could be a lawsuit there waiting to happen. All said and done, I do like it. Lights are bright, backdrops are sturdy. Just wish I didn’t have to modify it just to make it work. Would’ve given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the issues.

家族でいろいろ撮影する機会が多く、特に子どもが作ったハンドメイド作品やレジンアクセサリーを綺麗に撮りたくて購入しました。 オークションやフリマアプリに 出品する写真も、普通の部屋の明かりだと影が出たり色味が変わったりして苦労していたのですが、この撮影ボックスを使うと、驚くほど綺麗に撮れるようになりました。 組み立ては簡単で、届いてすぐに使えます。 LEDライトの明るさも調整できるので、光の加減を変えながら撮影が可能です。 背景シートが数種類付属しているのも便利で、白だけでなく黒や青などを使うと、雰囲気がガラッと変わって楽しいです。うちの子どもはお気に入りのぬいぐるみを撮影して遊んでいました。 普段は撮影したいものをサッと置いてすぐ撮れるように、組み立てたまま部屋の隅に置いています。とはいえ、片付けも折りたためばコンパクトになるので、収納場所にも困りません。 ちょっと気になった点としては、色温度の調整ができないので、撮るものによっては写真の色味を後から調整したくなることがありました。 また、付属の収納バッグは少し小さめで、もう少し余裕があると片付けが楽だったかなと思います。 それでも、これがあると写真撮影がぐっと簡単になるので、家族みんなで楽しく使っています。 今度は手作りお菓子の写真を撮ってみようかな、なんて考え中です！ 撮影環境を手軽に整えたい方にはおすすめです。

The DUCLUS 40x40cm light box for has made a noticeable difference in my product photos for online listings. It is so much quicker to take decent photos than how I was doing it before, and it easily gets rid of unwanted shadows. It also gets the colours right. It has been a great investment for me. Pros: The LED setup provides really even, shadowless, lighting that makes products look clean and professional. The dimmable feature is also useful, allowing me to get the right level of brightness and colour, depending on what I'm photographing. The eight backdrop colours give a good variety and are very versatile; allowing different backgrounds without needing to buy additional materials. Setup is very easy and quick, and it folds flat for storage.. The USB-C is great too, as it makes it easy to power from a laptop, power bank, or usb wall socket. Cons: This is rather small, but that's why I bought it. The white backdrop had creases in it from th eway it was packed, but surprisingly, and happily, this did not affect the photos. This is great value and of decent quality and I'm glad I bought it. Highly recommended. It has made a huge difference and I'm sure it will have a positive impact on my online sales.

I mostly stick to the white and black for consistency, but the other colours are great for making certain items "pop" in search results. Things to Keep in Mind: Size Limitations: Pay close attention to the 30x30cm dimensions. This is strictly for small items. It's perfect for jewellery, mugs, boxed video games, and small electronics. If you try to shoot larger items, you’ll end up catching the internal structure of the tent in the frame. Backdrop Creases: The backdrops arrive rolled/folded, so you might need to flatten them out or iron them on a very low heat before your first use to ensure a seamless background. Overall, it has saved me a massive amount of time in photo editing. I can shoot on my phone, crop, and list straight away. Highly recommended for small-scale online sellers.
