These are the carton dimensions. Image 6 has the exact measurements for the product

Does it hold heat well? Can I make a candle with this?

It depends. If you are filling it with water and placing few tea candles, then yes. If you are placing just the candle or more than one candle, I would not recommend it because the glass is quite thin and does not look tempered. Inadequate especially for big or multiple candles.
