Exactly as advertised. Well worth the price which was good. Worked great for our project. Shipping was great.

Only for a/c or hydraulic lines? I could get no clear confirmation that this tool would crimp shop compressed airline fittings. It provides 46kN of crimping force which is 4x whats required for a/c but there are questions about dialing back the pressure on this tool to make it suitable for the weaker ferrules on compressed air hoses. With no confirmation or clarification available, I'm reluctantly returning it. Suggest this issue is clarified in the Listing because it will be a source of confusion.

AC hose fittings on custom engine swap. Be sure to mark hose and fitting for direction before crimping! Allow for engine movement.

I was hesitant if this would be a pro tool or just a piece of junk. It is good quality and works well! I doubt I would count on this for daily use in an AC shop but for occasional use it really makes perfect crimps. It saved me getting the vehicle to a shop that could do the crimps as the lines could not be removed on this 22yo conversion van. Worked first time and seems like it will for the future. I have been a tech for 30 years and used many crimpers over that time, this works as well as any I have used.

Worked great, I used this as a last ditch effort to fix some poorly crimped ac fittings on my vehicle. The tool was easy to use and I was able to fit it into my vehicle without removing the lines. (Tight fit) The tool I received is the same design as the one pictured, but its painted a different color and the case has a different layout, it also had a hose cutting tool included in mine. But otherwise all the dies pictured were included, along with instructions and a parts breakdown. Added bonus, it did come with a spare set of seals for the hydraulic cylinder. I'm glad I got the hydraulic version of this and not the manual version.

Works well

I got this for my sons shop after his expensive name brand one broke the first time he used it and they wouldn’t warranty replace it. You could tell from the break it was the bad metal. This one has been used numerous times and has been perfect every time.

We had a problem with the unit right out of the box. The seller responded quickly and sent a replacement and it worked perfect.

Works well. It would be nice if it covered a few smaller crimps

Worked well, did 6 crimps with it so far. Not something I would expect to last if used every day, main body is aluminum and starts to show slight signs of wear from the dies
