These are easy to use, and dissolve in water. So as long as you don't spill water on a label that's still in use, they are fantastic. We keep a roll by the freezer as well as in the kitchen.

I think they have been sending out the wrong product or something because as other recent reviews have said, these are nowhere close to dissolvable. Even soaking in hot water for several minutes did nothing, and they seem to be made of a plasticky material rather than the usual dissolvable paper material. Very disappointing!

Washes right off! So much more fun than standing there scraping off old fashioned labels with your nails and you still don’t get it all off. They have turned in to my hostess gifts and they are ALWAYS appreciated!! It’s an invention as good as the Zipper…..what did we do without them! I now date everything….ketchup bottles, cans, oils etc. etc. etc. it’s nice to know approximately how many years you have been the proud owner of a can of beans. I wish they were a bit larger, but on the other hand we don’t want them so large that they don’t fit one a spice jar. Throwing away a 12 year old garlic-salt jar doesn’t hurt that bad now. They deserve to retire!!

Got these to ensure proper description and prep dates could be known. They truly dissolve COMPLETELY under water after only a few seconds . No residue. Great product.

I've just started my third roll. Every evening when I'm cleaning up after dinner I label all leftovers. No more wondering how old something is, I know. Then goes into dishwasher all label residue is removed. Great little item.

I’ve been trying to get better about labeling leftovers, opened jars/containers, expiration dates, etc. These stickers have been helpful in this process. However, you have to make sure to let ink dry from whatever pen you’re using so you don’t smudge. These are also nightmare to stick on anything even slightly wet, which makes sense since they are supposed to dissolve in water. Otherwise they stick okay and dissolve nicely when washed.

These are absolutely NOT dissolvable. Thankfully the labels peel off easily, but they do not dissolve in the least bit. This label sat for 30 minutes in warm water, and it looked perfect. Like, it's waterproof!

I wish I had bought these sooner. I often only eat 1/2 can of soup or 1/2 can of vegetables and put the rest in the refrigerator. I'm pretty conservative when it comes to food safety, so I often found myself throwing food out because I could not recall how long it had been in there.So now I put these labels on ally my containers, citing the contents and the expiry date. Having the Use By date stare me in the face every time I go into the fridge reminds me I need to eat whatever is in there.The amazing thing is that these stick as well as any drug store price sticker might, but when you run them under water, they vanish! I burned through a few just playing with them. I leave them on the container when I put it in the dishwasher. They dissolve, so won't harm the drain.Very useful and fascinating product.
