Does this fits any size adult face ?

No reason why it should not. Bought one for my son We have different size fsce.

are they good for sun glare ?

I can't really say. I bought them for my son and he works third shift and he said they didn't help with the glare of the on coming head lights .

I wear reading glasses so I didn’t know if the BattleVision glasses would work over my readers or not. I just gave it a t try and they do fit although they are not comfortable around the ears.

Can you switch frames between the lenses

Not sure , but don’t think so
