Is the inside smooth? The photos show they are pressed to the outside.

The cups I received are smooth on the inside. But they only have CC and ML markings. And I needed the ounce markings, so these do me no good!

Are these disposible or wash and reuse?

They are plastic and disposable. I use them for measuring epoxy so i wash and reuse them multiple times (approx. 50 measures) before throwing them out and starting with 2 new fresh ones.

Can these be used with lacquer thinners and paint?

The medicine cups are light weight and I think could be used for paint but I do not know about lacquer thinners. I don’t think so.

Polyethylene will not heat in a microwave. That being said it will melt if the contents get much above boiling water.
