Great product, zero customer support
Update to 5 stars. Their customers service email was down so the response was delayed. They were able to ship the part that I needed. product is fantastic but the customer service is completely non-existent. I’ve reached out multiple times to buy a replacement gold end cap and haven't gotten a single reply. I'd love to buy more from them in the future, but it's impossible when you get completely ignored. Great items, but expect zero help if you need a spare part! Would love to give 5 stars but Because of this I give 3 stars overall.

Spa-like Vibe
I used this shower system in a house I flipped, and it turned out to be a great decision. The sleek, modern design gave the bathroom a spa-like vibe. The installation was straightforward, but I opted for a professional to ensure everything was perfect. I am happy with my purchase.
