This book is for Graduate Students working on a Masters in how to get to a place of Peace Ruling in your Heart 24/7. That ole saying " he who finds His Divine Center/Presence stand at the Gateway for Powerful, Victorious, Abundant Christian Living where Practicing the Presence of God 24/7 becomes a Reality." This book can get you there, cross the Ts , dot the Eyes and ties everything together so that Dropping Down into His Presence becomes something that is a constant in your Life. I Read Deep Relief Now first, then Live Free second, Supernatural Peace third Divine Healer fourth and then This one, Self Deliverance. which I am reading two times in a roll . This Self Deliverance book is not milk shake or soup, it is Prime Rib. Only read this book if you have good teeth and can Feed instead of Read and Drink instead of Think. This book has changed my life. The ideas laid out in this book are easy to follow and understand. Although the points seem so simple, like everyone would know this stuff, this book states them in a different way than expected, and I can't believe just how easy it is to implement this stuff in my daily life!! I am already so much freer, and I have only gotten half way through the book. :) Highly recommended.

Finally! This book is full of clear how to's to help us do the things we have learned about and wanted to implement in our lives, but didn't know how. If you are a Christian and wondering why things aren't working no matter what you try, your heart will be flooded with light as you read. A book full of "Aha!" moments. Great help with insomnia, too. This will be a go-to resource for my library.
