I have naturally curly hair and I need a conditioner that controls frizz. This Boyfriend conditioner bar leaves my hair very soft and not frizzy. I am very happy with the conditioner itself. I love the fragrance. I only have 2 small issues with this purchase. First, I am trying to reduce/eliminate my use of plastics, this is the main reason I purchased a conditioner bar. I was disappointed when I received the product and saw it came in a plastic tub. Second, when I opened the plastic tub the first time, one of the tabs used to open the lid broke off. The tub is still usable, but harder to open. Hopefully the second tab does not break off.I would love to continue using this conditioner. I am hoping Naples Soap Company will be willing to sell me bars free of plastic packaging. Other than this issue, it’s a great product.

I bought this to try and be a little more eco friendly, since plastic bottles create a decent amount of waste. This product comes delivered wrapped in plastic inside a plastic tub, so this wasn’t helping me achieve what I wanted. The ingredients will also just build up on your hair overtime. Not worth it, buy something else

I wasn't sure what was going to happen when washing and conditioning however I am very happy with the results. The shampoo bar makes your hair squeaky clean. And the conditioning bar - it was a little awkward, yet left my hair soft and conditioned. The scent is strong yet it smells delish! The scent does not linger which is fine with me. I ended up buying another scent because I love variety depending upon mood. It does come in a plastic container- good for taking it along when going away, camping, gym etc. I know people have taken a star off, which I am not, because the round plastic container can be reused to store stuff when bar is gone. I am really happy with purchase and recommend to anyone looking to try a shampoo/conditioner bar.Update - ended up buying a third scent - coconut water! Can't wait to get! Had my husband use and he loved how well it cleaned his hair. He loved the sqeaky clean feeling! I have figured out a good system for using the conditioning bar. Took some trial and error however I did it. My hair is looking less dry and more shiny - this stuff is amazing. I will never go back to bottles again. I do hope that the company figures out a way to reduce the plastic packaging one day. Until then, the plastic containers are helping me organize my desk! I have recommended it already.

This is the 3rd conditioner bar I’ve tried and it is my favorite! It can actually be generously applied all over my hair with ease. The bar hadn’t broken apart like others have. The fragrance is strong when using but not a gross perfume smell and it doesn’t linger.I understand the concerns about the plastic container, and agree there are better options. But, it is less plastic waste than a big bottle and the lack of water reduces the shipping footprint.Would definitely recommend.

Wtf?! And I don’t know what sort of unknown ingredient(s) comprises a UV inhibitor so that seems sus too.I’m sorry but I have to return this. It’s so affordable and I only use conditioner bars as shaving cream since my dry skin can’t tolerate even the creamiest of shaving creams like Creamo- even that is too drying. I wanted a simple, cheap, natural conditioner bar with no fragrance or with only essential oils but that’s not what I got. Big sad.
