Does it fade in the sun?

I have not experienced fading and it has been out in the sun since August.

Does it help the tank from freezing when using in cold weather

Dear customer, the propane tank bag is made of nylon that protects your tank from scratches and rain. We suggest that you had better put the propane tank in the shelter of a shed after covered in winter.

Soft cover for double 30 gallon tanks

Not sure, tank is stored forefinger. Most likely, they are nylon.

Will this work for 11 lbs propane tank?

Dear customer, the propane tank bag diameter: 11.7 inches, height: 18.5 inches. It is specially designed for 20 pound standard propane tank cylinder, so it may be a little big to 11lb propane tank. We suggest that you had better measure the actual size before purchasing.
