Trying to fit 1968 martin 0-18 perfectly. this item seems the perfect shape . does it come in black ? clear?

Its the only color, but it is almost see thru its not worth the money. Buy some from godin guitars they are quality an from a reputable company

Looking for a pickguard that will fit my Charvel 625c nat. it has a rosette radius of 2.8" or 2.5" depending upon which rosette. will this work? 000

The radius of this pickguard is less than 2.5, and a small part of the background will be blocked at the beginning and end of the rosette. I think there is a pickguard here that you need, asin:B09HYY8WD6. They have the same color, although the shape is different, the radius matches your needs (the radius is the most important parameter).

The pickguard i received doesn't say 3m on the back. its plain white. is this a generic backing now or did i get the wrong item?

Due to the different production batches, so the back of the pickguard adhesive will be different. But their adhesion effect is the same. Please don't worry, you are getting the right item.
