The Crafter's Workshop Clear Gesso Primer for Acrylic Painting & Mixed Media Art - Boutique Quality, 8 oz Jar

This product is great I was looking for a clear Gesso even though I made my own i wanted something that wouldn't change the color of my papers. It applys smooth, you only see the color when you apply it to your paper. It dries clear. Not thick but I guess you can make it thick by putting on a thick layer great price they were to only company that sells clear gesso from what I found. I wish it was sold in a much larger quanity. Very durable and the adhesion is no bad it acutally glue my ends down to the page.

This is a must have for crafters. I use it for rubber stamping with Gelato's and works great. Nice and smooth, dries quickly. This is a pretty generous amount and will probably last me a long time.

I purchased this product because of the cost; I worried I was throwing away my money. I am happy to say that, just because it was a cheaper clear gesso, it turned out to be a great purchase. Stayed clear after drying, and I will buy this again.

I used this for my painting project of paint by numbers it was recommended by someone I saw on YouTube who used it for painting by numbers. It worked pretty well but I think I needed to blend it in better so next time I’ll try that.

This is a repeat purchase. It works well on wooden items used in craft projects. Be sure to use a fine sandpaper before applying the product, as it gives a smoother finish.

I’ve been using this for rock painting, and it’s exactly what I needed. It goes on thick but dries clear, without creating a heavy coat that flakes. It seems to absorb into the rock, leaving a smoother surface that’s perfect for painting—just what I was looking for!

a clear matte protective gesso. very nice and almost as good as the more expensive Art Basics gesso ...just not quite as smooth but does exactly the same thing. Would highly recommend it if cost is an issue.
