This is a heavy duty box and worked great for outlets and connections using plastic conduit.I liked the fact that it came with seal plugs for all connections and the screw receptacles had thick walls. I did have to modify the box and it was easy with the tapered drill bits.Recommend over the cheaper blue plastic things at big box stores.

Solid little PVC box. Nice little bushings are included for 1/2 to 3/4. Only issue I had was the ears that are used to mount are a bit fragile so use a lower torque when mounting.

Decent box for the money, the 3/4 to 1/2 reducing bushings are VERY brittle! 3 completely broke/shattered tightening up. Adapters are very hard and fragile PVC, boxes seem a more forgiving (softer PVC). Fortunately most of the connectors were 3/4". *Note the screws that come with a weather proof cover are too long for this box, they will not tighten up all the way to secure the gasket and cover to the box. They were about 3-4 threads too long. I used the screws that came with the GFCI receptacle to secure.

I wanted to point out that the picture doesn't show hole plugs, but they are included (3 plugs and 3 reducers per box). The boxes each have (3) 3/4inch holes. The label in the box says that they are 16.5 cubic inch volume (this seems a little generous to me).

So I have bought multiple packs of these over time. Why….i have absolutely no idea. I forget each time what garbage these boxes are and have stupidly reorder without thought. The convenience of not having to go to the hardware store was most appealing. These are by far the worst material I have tried using for my job as they shatter if you just as much as look at them wrong. Any type of modifications…good luck. So brittle. I can’t even tell you how many I have shattered out of the pack trying to get one job done. Then when I do get them mounted successfully without breaking, they are warped beyond use. The cover/gaskets surely do not line up either. I normally don’t take the time to leave reviews….but this is one of those things I’d like to spare someone the headache. I can’t even return because I’ve been forced to use on jobs with no other option on my truck, but enough is enough.

The box has 7 holes so it's very versatile and able to add extra conduit. The holed are threaded unlike most outdoor plastic boxes which are glued. I was replacing a metal single gang box and because both were threaded it made the job easier and cheaper. The holes are 3/4 inch but includes bushings to reduce the size to 1/2 inch which is the size conduit I had. So that saved me money and time from having to go to store and get one, plus they probably wouldn't sell a reducer, Home Depot, Lowes and Menards have a limited selection of fittings. This box was cheaper then what I could get at those stores as well. It comes with caps to plug the extra holes that are not needed. If your looking for an outdoor plastic double gang box I recommend buying this one. My only complaint is with Amazon delivery taking 4 days to ship.

Good item and value but one of the boxes had a broken mounting tab as received. Fortunately I only needed 1 good box for this job but the other went in the garbage.
