I have been using it for 2 years now for workouts (cardio, HIIT, yoga, strength exercises) and even for meditation, and I just love it. Perfect thickness, length, feeling. I wanted it as I have another one at another location and I am a fan of this specific mat.

Ne glisse pas, très qualitatif
Un tapis très qualitatif pour du yoga vinyasa, du renforcement musculaire... Je n'ai pas encore réussi à glisser dessus même en transpirant à grosses gouttes. Une étoile en moins car je trouve qu'ils auraient quand même pu joindre les attaches du tapis au colis...

Good mat Good price.
I am a beginner and the yoga mat I was using wasting to give me the comfort I wanted and the traction I needed for poses. This one is thick enough to make the landings soft while strong enough to allow me to be confident when I am grounding my arms and feet into it for various poses and ‘moves’. It is sturdy and will last and hold its form. Good Value!
