Review: Very good. Recommended. - Very good. Feels like the disposable ones I have used all my life. The ribbed one feels unique too. It's hard to resist the temptation of not snapping the stem in 3 and throwing away like cotton ones but am doing my best. Will see how long it lasts. Cost is high though for a bit of plastic and rubber. Still worth a try. Recommended. Review: Nice Idea - I’ve mixed feelings about this product. I love the idea of doing without cotton buds and using something that you don’t dispose of after each use, so I jumped all over this. However my main problem is the lack of absorbency. For instance, if you want to use it absorb water from your outer ear like I do after a shower, it won’t do that. It’s good for smudging eye make up, or cleaning a bit of excess powder off, but it much more tricky because it doesn’t really hold on to anything easily. I’m also not sure of the nobbley ended one. I don’t know what I would use that for, unless it was something that was really stuck on well, like dried mascara. I’ve yet to find a good use for it. So in principle I really like the idea of this product and I have found it a useful replacement in some instances for a traditional cotton bud, but it doesn’t replace them all together, in my opinion.

Nice Idea

Brilliant idea and work well
This swabs are brilliant. They basically work like cotton buds but they are washable and reusable. They just need to come with a small reusable storage case to make storage easy and hygienic.

Good product
Good product, really easy to clean and saving the environment reducing the use of disposables. It does not clean as well as the other one but definitely works fine in most of the cases. Also I agree with other reviewers that case would be a nice addition to the item.

Life saver!
These are literally a life saver. I'm bothered that regular buds are now bad for the planet so decided to try these. These are perfect for ears! Slightly fatter than a cotton bud and the bobbles on the ear bud one help to get your ear itch or wax out great. Simply wash and put away. I haven't found a use for the cosmetic type one yet as I don't wear make up so nothing to smudge or blend in but I'm sure there's a use! They're so handy and I've saved hundreds of buds already! Brilliant idea.

Good idea but doesnt work for me
I wanted to try these as although we have switched to bamboo cotton buds these seem to be more ecofriendly. They come in a fully recyclable cardboard box. Trying them out however, I was disappointed - uncomfortable and slightly painful in the ear and very ineffective with no wax being removed. Trying the regular cotton buds after wax came out so for me these failed at the job. In terms of cleaning - easy to wash off after use

Not what I axpected!
Is not that soft as I hoped for... I can't recommend... I'm not convinced about this product. TO EXPENSIVE...NOT WORTH IT! TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED.

Seems harder than before
I got this to replace my original LastSwab, which I really liked, because the swab parts had started to peel away from the core after a while. I don't know if it's possible that my original one simply softened with use/over time, but the tip on this new one seems much harder and less flexible than the original, and less pleasant to use.
