AurifilEmpty Thread Case for up to 12 Large Thread Spools, Stackable (One (1) Case)

I just received my thread case and its broken. The top is not attached so when its opened up it falls apart in two pieces. And I just checked the return policy that reads “no returns.” Then maybe you should make sure your merchandise is properly made when shipped. Very upset to spend money on an item that is broken and be stuck with it.

While this is a well built case my Aurifil thread spools do not fit in the inner slots. It appears to only fit the very small Aurifil thread spools. Guess I will have to find another use for this case. Very disappointed in this purchase.

I already had an Aurifil thread case and it has a latch type opening. I thought these I ordered would be the same but they don't have the same type of opening and they are much more difficult to open so that was disappointing.

Very sturdy, smooth finish. Quality product. This is my second purchase of this item. (It also has enough room to fit matching bobbin with the spool if you'd like - although I have separate bobbin case). Highly recommend.

This holds Aurifil threads well. However, construction was poor. The hinges on the back will not stay intact, so you have to realign the box in order to close it.

I have a lot of thread laying around. Now, the best thread, Aurifil is kept together where I can easily see the color and find the right spool of thread for my work.

I returned this after receiving a 2x6 layout container. The one pictured is a 4x3 layout like ones I have. So I requested an exchange for this reason. Once again a 2x6 was sent. I returned that as well.

This is a very nice box. I like it a lot. But... I was hoping that I would be able to store all my similar-sized spools of thread in this box, and found that the spools from other manufacturers are just a tad too big to fit into these slots. So, this is for Aurifil thread only. (And yes, I'm aware I have no right to expect Aurifil to accommodate thread from other companies; it was just a hope, and a minor disappointment.)I would buy again for use with Aurifil threads.
