The cup was wrapped in bubble wrap for shipping, but I could see a piece of the glass chipped off. When I took the bubble wrap off to see if it was noticeable on the cup , I found that it was a small piece of a large chip out of the rim of the cup. Very noticeable, but worse than that, the cup was so dirty and dusty and it looked like it had been used and not even washed. I don’t know if it was a previous return that was resold without even being inspected or what. This was going to be a Secret Santa gift for a coworker. Didn’t work out as I’m returning it and now have to scramble for another gift in time. Such a bummer.
