I bought this for my hubs who does online auctions and ships a good bit of merch. He uses a variety of tapes in different dispensers but is always misplacing one or the other. I figured this would be a useful gadget help keep things together and handy.It's amazing! I have total dispenser envy. It's weighty and has a cushy nonskid bottom. It can hold between one and three rolls of tape at the same time and turns freely. The blade cover might be good for some but it folds down out of the way easily if not needed.Bottom line: I just ordered one for myself for work!

Best tape dispenser have ever used. Sturdy and stays in place when getting tape off the roll. Do have to be a bit careful as the blade is very sharp if the safety cover is not in place.

I used it for my 3" tape. No problem installing rolls. If you are having trouble (like other review said), there is something wrong with your tape. Blade guard is a plus. It has good weight so its easy to dispense the tape. .25 padding so your dont scratch the surface.

When I received this tape dispenser my wife came in from the mailbox with it, she asked me what I had ordered that was so heavy.I told her it's just a tape dispenser. She looked at me like I had lost my mind.She handed it to me and it was as heavy as a brick.I opened it and it wasn't a brick but a really heavily constructed tape dispenser.I was very pleasantly surprised by the product.This thing will last a lifetime and then a lot.I used it to build 2 fishing rods after I received it and it tracks nicely.For the price, quality, construction, this is a best buy.Thank you.

The base is very heavy and stable and I love this dispenser. This dispenser comes in a thin paperboard foldie box i.e. store display box, It took me three orders to get one that was not damaged. The first one was missing the tape rollers which are turned sideways and shipped loose in the box. The second arrival had the yellow plastic blade guard broken off on one side. The third one is perfect. I recommend the weighted base over the suction cup model at least for paper or masking tape.

It's good this dispenser is made of metal. The box was completely broken appart. There was no outter packing. If there were any extra parts they would be gone. Very bad shipping. Good product.

Great dispenser, I use it for work. As it states be careful and don't cut yourself, it is sharp. Has a nice weight to it and feels like it will last forever. I like that this one has a guard for the blade when not in use or for transporting it.
