Another reviewer said that it smelled like an orange cream soda, it didn't to me. Each person is different and will have a different tolerance for the scent.)Thick- it is a really thick conditioner; which I love!IT actually works! I sleep in my conditioner overnight sometimes, sometimes I do not. I tested this product both ways, and I still got the same result (soft, manageable hair after rinsing) each time.Ingredients are beneficial to maintaining moistureSoftness without residue- oil and residue is not just a concern for people with naturally straight hair; even though African American textured hair doesn't suffer from being "weighed down" if it retains oil, residue and buildup can accumulate on the scalp and clog the pores, stunting growth and depriving the hair of natural oils.Cons:The price and the amount - I have no problem paying more for a superior product, but the amount to price ratio leaves a bit to be desired for me. Because I have a lot of hair, I end up using 1 jar for each conditioning session. Still, this isn't a deal breaker for me because it works so well.The jar - it is a bit difficult to get the product out of the jar without aid of a spatula, but this is a minor issue that can be worked around and again, not a deal breaker.I definitely recommend this conditioner for my hair type and any others. I have softer, more manageable hair now, and the scent stays with me for a couple of days at least. It does what it says, and is better than most other conditioners I have tried.

I got this to replace another argan oil mask I loved that was out of stock . This works fine for a normal, everyday conditioner, but I have not experienced any "deep conditioning" benefits. I find it only so-so. My hair is very straight and fine, but I have plenty of it and it is tangly (color-treated). This conditioner did not help smooth or detangle my hair at all. The fragrance is pleasant, but very strong and does not fade over the day. In fact, I can still smell it for a couple of days after using it, even when shampooing and conditioning with other products each day.I recommend this other argan oil conditioner which is now available again (yay!) - http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00KOKS2NI. It works great as both a deep or regular conditioner. Leaves hair smooth, silky and shiny, no greasy buildup (my hair gets greasy really easy), and a lot less tangly.

This product is amazing! All year long, I've been struggling with my hair. It was just unruly, dry, and gets knotted up at the ends so easily. I just wake up in the morning and my hair would be knotted up like I hadn't brushed them in years. I don't even know how that happens. I used to have healthy, shiny hair, and all of a sudden, my hair was just not anymore. And it's been like that for most of the year. My doctor didn't know what to say or even paid any attention to any of that. Just like she didn't pay attention to my constant dizziness. Later, I came to the conclusion that all of the problems I was having was hormonal, but that's a different story.I tried a lot of products. In fact, in an effort to manage my hair problem, I stopped using all heat tools like hair dryer, straightener, and curling iron. I also got a haircut to get rid of the unhealthy tips where my hair was at their driest and would easily get tangled. My hair was still dry at the ends (about 2 weeks after the haircut!) and my hair was just a ball of unmanageable mess. I tried all kinds of hair oil even the one I bought from the salon (which I think also helped a little). It was so dry and unmanageable that I considered getting another haircut again, but that would mean that I might have to rock a bob for a while.I've never been high maintenance. I only straighten or curl my hair on special occasions. It didn't make sense why my hair was the way it was. Months of trying various products and after hours and hours of research on the internet, I found this product on Amazon. I looked at tons of products, read a lot about hair, and read a lot of reviews. This seemed like my best shot besides another haircut or a deep hot oil treatment. I gave it a shot and after using these twice, I can already see the difference. I just finished my first jar and my hair is super healthy now. I used it once a week and it really made my hair soft, shiny, and healthy again.

It may not be great for controlling frizz but definitely helped with my hair fall. I think a couple of jars of this awesome smelling stuff should do wonders.I have been buying instanatural skin products and they have all had amazing results on my skin..just need to give it some time to do the same magic on my hair, I guess.

Thank you to the genius who made this product - my hair loves it! I have afro caribbean hair which is relaxed, and anyone who has this type hair will know its naturally dry and difficult to retain moisture. This hair mask has made such a difference to my hair wash routine, for the very first time I can actually say I enjoyed washing and styling my hair, usually it's a chore. I applied the product as instructed, and also massaged into my scalp for about 30 seconds. Covered my hair with a plastic hair cap and left the mask in for about 15 - 20 mins, and then I rinsed it out. Considering how thick the texture of the mask is it's surprisingly easy to wash out. First thing I noticed was how little hair I lost whilst rinsing (sometimes I can't see the plug hole for hair). I air dry my hair until it's 80% dry and then use the hair dryer, normally I would have had to put in a whole lot of other hair products to keep it from looking and feeling like a brillo pad whilst its air drying. Not this time (just sprayed in a leave-in conditioner), It stayed so soft, the hair brush just glided through my hair - that never happens!! As a result it took even less time to blow dry as there was no stress to my hair, there was hardly any hair loss. I was left with lovely, soft, shiny hair. Cherry on the cake: I went to my hairdresser this weekend, and the first thing she said to me when I took my hair out of my hair clip "Wow look how soft and shiny your hair is, it's beautiful" Thank you InstaNatural and to all those who have taken the time to review this product, I'm now a member of the fan club!!

I absolutely love this magic! I have frizzy and what I'd call uncontrollable hair. It feels like straw and basically has no life to it. I saw that this product was on sale and thought I'd give it a go.Bearing in mind I've tried expensive products in the past to try and tame this birds nest that lives on my head, but they didn't work as well as this stuff.This product amazed me with how well it worked in taming the look of my 'Hagrid' hair. I have long hair and I used a generous amount and kept my hair in a bun for max 30 minutes and washed out. I wanted to blow dry my hair to see if my frizz would re-appear but it was definitely tamed and my hair felt less like straw and more like silk. I've gone through two bottles of this stuff and now I'm trying out their 'Keratin hair conditionermask' this time around.To add; you do have to use this twice a week to see regular improvements.

I have been using Macadamia Natural Oil Deep Repair Masque for the last couple of months and then suddenly noticed that this one gets better reviews so I decided to give it a go.I am back to my initial choice. This one does not leave your hair smooth enough and your hair still feels a bit dry. Have not noticed any significant differences to my hair health and management after using it for a month. Will not be buying again.

After all the good reviews I was looking forward to receiving this product, butI am afraid this just didnt work for me - I have waist long fine blonde hair which is highlighted - this conditioner is just too thick and my hair felt matted and dry - I ended up throwing it away after 5 attempts at using it - not one for me and certainly wont be buying this again
