Just the Thing
I wasn’t sure what I needed so took a chance, it turned out it was just the required to repair my water butt and I didn’t need to purchase a new on.

Nice for price
Nice simple tank tap, used mine in old plastic dustbin to collect rainwater and symphonic off into watering can. Everything in kit to complete a good watertight job, well impressed.

Bit ropey
Works OK, but the brass nut needed some force to form the threads on the back of the tap - not sure if it was a duff nut or a badly molded tap, but the nut would barely start without a spanner even on a test fit, without PTFE tape.Once the tape was applied the nut shredded it up, so I used without the tape a added a bit of silicone around the nut afterwards. It's only being used on a shallow tank which is stored empty, so watertight fitting isn't that critical - not sure I'd trust it on a permantly-filled deep tank though..
