Outside of factory issues and packaging issues, this family of three, 2 adults and one teenager, have enjoyed using this machine.Factory issues - the main floor support beam did not have holes drilled to attach the main vertical beam. We were able to drill our own holes to correctly attach.The holes for the second vertical beam were in the incorrect area. It caused other pieces to not be able to attach, as the pieces collided. We were able to drill our own holes in the correct spot to rectify this as well.Many of the pieces were beaten up, with paint scratches and gouges.Packaging issues - 1 of the 17 packages arrived with extra layers of packaging. It was boxed, several layers of tape wound round and round, several layers of plastic wrap wound round and round, plastic strapped, and then another layer of box, tape, plastic wrap and plastic straps. With so much layering, it was hard to open. We had to use a razor blade to cut through the layers, which unfortunately caused us to slice into one of the seats, so we now have a brand new machine with a duct taped seat.Several of the weights, which are plastic covered concrete weights, had their plastic covering broken. Several of the hardware packages were busted open, so bolts and nuts were everywhere. We were able to find all but one piece needed to assemble.Pros - easy to follow directions and easy to assemble outside of the issue with the holes on the main floor support beam. The machine itself seems very sturdy. Easy to use for all family members. Love the variety of exercises that can be done on this.

So happy we invested in this gym. For a few weeks we shopped around and debated between this gym and three others on Amazon. I’ll admit we were a bit hesitant on this one because there weren’t any prior customer reviews, but we decided to take the chance because it had the heaviest weight stack for the price, and it seemed to be able to do just about every exercise we wanted. The shipment came in 15 heavy boxes. A few of the boxes got a bit damaged during shipping and a few of the parts packages busted open, but we understand that happens. We also had a few parts break while we were installing them, but we contacted customer service and they were very helpful and responsive. We got the replacement parts from oversees within a few days. The machine works just like I remember equipment working in an actual gym - it’s very smooth! The leg press machine is awesome. So excited to step up my workout game with this gym!
