Great value excellent sound quality and noise cancellation
Really good clear sound quality. Great noise cancellation. Great value at less than £50. No case but reused old headphones case.

Mic and speakers sound like a TIN CAN
Oh gosh what has happened to Sennheiser...? I used to have my beloved PC 8.2 CHAT USB headset. This had a wonderfully unprocessed and clear microphone, but even better had a decent level of enough bass to make music listening (when not on Teams/Discord etc) a pleasure. I broke the 8.2 by sitting on it (!) so I replaced it with the nearest i could find in the price bracket - the adapt 160T. Disappointment is an understatement - the mic sounds fully hollow and has had all the bass stripped from the sound. It's not tinny or trebly - it's just bassless in all respects - over processed if you will? An even BIGGER disappointment is the sound of the drivers. These are essentially the SAME drivers as the PC 8.2 CHAT - but guess what? The in-line USB circuit totally DESTROYS any bass at all making them sound hollow - like hearing inside a tin can. EPOS have made these for Teams but even colleagues said my voice sounded shallow and hollow. Sheesh! For nearly 50 quid you expect some panache! Dear oh dear oh dear Sennheiser....bye bye.

Work fine but feel cheap
They're fine, nothing wrong with them, but do not feel like a £50 headset. Feels cheap and the quality of the ear foam is poor. They also keep falling off. Fine for a short meeting here and there but wouldn't recommend for extensive use.

does not have 3.5mm audio jacket, despite listing saying it does
These are awesome - the best headsets that I have tried from an audio quality point of view. However, I am giving 1 star, because they are listed as 3.5mm audio jack connection, but they are not - they are USB B connection. Come on EPOS, at least describe your products accurately. Is that too much to ask?
