I used the 1.0 mm Gelid GP-Extreme thermal pad while replacing the thermal material in my laptop. The pad is very soft and compressible, which makes it conform well to components and helps with contact between the components and heatsink. It is also easy to cut to the exact sizes needed. However, the material is more fragile than many standard thermal pads. It can tear or deform fairly easily when removing the protective film or repositioning a piece, so I recommend handling it carefully and measuring everything before installation. The two long strips included in the package gave me plenty of material for my application. Overall, I like the softness and conformability of the GP-Extreme pads, but I wish they were a little more durable during installation.

Very nice product for my needs

Work well cooling my gpu vram. Economical format. People say it is soft, but it is still harder than stock thermal pads.

It's good to have a few of these as extras in an expansion drawer/box. I needed two of them for upgrading my M.2 Thunderbolt card (with enclosure) using a M.2 key.

I changed the backplate VRAM thermal pads on my EVGA 3090 and it dropped the memory junction temperature to 82 degrees with mining. I didn't bother changing the front VRAM thermal pads since that's good enough for me.

I ordered a 3m, I got a very small thin pad.

Among other Gelid Extreme Pads that I have purchased at the same time, these 120x20mm (2pcs) were absolutely unusable. I could tell at firs glance that they were a bit harder then other pads, but once I installed them and my Strix 3090's VRM went to 100C in seconds I knew that they were either old or just defective right from Get Go. After removing the cooler I didn't even have to take them off, they literally fall apart like dry sand, It was obvious that there was no life in them. Defective products happens and that is not a problem, but we will see how amazon or the store will deal with that, then we can come to better conclusion.

Bought to repad my RX5700XT as I am reselling. Work perfectly. 2nd time using & know them to be effective & good quality. They have exceptional cooling performance compared to generic pads available & worth the extra money in terms of value to performence.

J'ai utilisés ceux-ci pour l'installation du waterblock de ma RX-6800XT. => Ils se découpent parfaitement bien avec un cutter. => Ils ne sont pas trop "pâteux" et arrive a garder leur consistance lorsqu'ils s’écrasent (Ils ne s’émiettent pas comme certains pads cheap) . Niveau performance, ca m'a l'air très très bon, mes puces mémoire sont rester au frais tout au long de mes séances de torture sur la carte graphique pour vérifier que tout était bon. Ils sont resté au alentours de 50/60° max.
