Perfect
Got this to make a quiche and it worked great. My company eating the quiche even commented on this perfect little pan and how they wanted to get one. Perfect weight, makes the beautiful waved crust, great durability.

Comes individually wrapped in plastic, so no scratches which I appreciate. The 3 inch size is the store bought size of Portuguese or Chinese egg tarts.

I love these little tart tins. I ventured out and tried a new recipe for mini cheesecake tarts and was worried that the crust would stick. Well, not only did they release easily, but absolutely nothing stuck to the molds. Perfect in every way! I anticipate using these often. One of my better purchases this year!
