Bastante firme, de buen tamaño y precio, comparado con otros que encontré que eran muy pequeños, o algunos del mismo tamaño que costaban el triple. Ideal para estirar la espalda, recomiendo ver tutoriales en la web para saber cómo usarlo de mejor manera!

I’ve had the issue for years that if I raise my leg especially the right, it makes a front popping sound right at the hip flexor. All the stretching in the world didn’t it fix it. But this, this has been great. I rolled every night for about two weeks and the popping was gone! I weight 123lbs and it’s held up just fine since purchasing this almost two months ago. Once I stopped rolling, however, the popping came back. I’m hoping with time I won’t have to roll as much but for now I’m happy to since it gives me the relief I’m looking for. Especially after a long walk, the hip flexor can be quite sore. I also use this on my hamstrings sometimes and back, it feels great!
