I never opened the box. I returned it unopened because I found that repair parts were available for mine which is the identical ladder..

This is the second time I buy this ladder for my boat because that’s what was in there before and it was easier just to replace the ladder and not have to put new brackets for a different brand. It didn’t even last a year. The plastic steps where it’s attached end up slipping. It has a clip for a fastener and it was missing in the box. I would use the old one but it’s warped and doesn’t attach to the new fastener. I tried contacting them through Amazon and they connected me with the seller so they can just send me the clip. That was over a week ago. Terrible customer service.

Good quality, wide steps but hard to put up until we put some stuff on rails.
