Comfy - they are the exact fabric and thickness you would think of when it comes to 80s gym shorts if that makes sense. They are hilariously short on the leg. I don't wear them to work out but i do wear them for a great costume piece!

Like a lot of cheap shorts on Amazon, the sizing varies between colors. I'm 155lbs, 511" and ordered small in black, navy blue, red, and lake blue. The black and navy blue are tight and very short. The navy blue being the tigest and shortest. The lake blue and red feel like a size up, being a lot looser and longer. Also, as mentioned in other reviews, the piping on the sides/front roll up. This could have been prevented with reinforced stitching. It's an easy fix with some needle and thread. Just tack it down and your good. They feel very durable. I'll be ordering other colors.

LOVE THEM but I am a sausage in these XXL and I am NOT NOT NOT an XXL by USA sizes! These are china man doll sizes! I say this because I bought 5 of the same shorts in different colors WITH THE DRAWSTRING HIDDEN INSIDE FROM : "AIMPACT Mens Mesh Workout Gym Shorts 3 inch Running Fitness Athletic Sexy Booty Short Shorts (AC11White XXL)" and they ALLLLL fit PERFECTLY loose enough! I so wish I could wear these pretty lavender shorts so I gave them to my better half to wear who has a girlie waistline! Lastly the photo is misleading as the color is NOT the VEBRANT BRIGHT Purple depicted but a pretty lavender color which is more suitable for a MAN in public anywhere! I regret XXXL is not made in these outer drawstring lovely shorts! Buy at least 2 sizes or even 3 sizes LARGER than your USA shorts size!

These are so-so running shorts. They're lightweight, and they dry quickly. They don't have a liner, and I like that about them. I wanted basic shorts. However, there are some things that I dislike. They're on the small side. I almost always buy medium for pants and shirts, and all of my other running shorts are medium. Based on some comments here, I ordered large, and I'm glad I did. It's a good fit, neither too big nor too small, but if I'd ordered my normal size I'd have had to return them. The inseam digs into the crotch. (This is with underwear. The fabric has many ventilation holes and I wouldn't wear these in public without something underneath.) It's not terrible, but the shorts are a little uncomfortable. If I were to push them down further to relieve the crotch tightness, I'd start to feel embarrassed about how much I'm revealing. I have an average build for active person, not super skinny but definitely not overweight. The first inch on the front keeps flipping up. I don't mind showing off some leg, but it looks weird and I have to keep flipping it back down. Be aware that the ventilated fabric does show underwear a little. It's not so noticeable when I'm standing, but when I'm sitting and the shorts lie flat against the underwear, it's obvious that *something* is underneath. Of course, that could just be a different-colored liner as far as any observer can tell. Honestly, this aspect doesn't much bother me, but I mention it for potential buyers who might be embarrassed.

These are a great fit, and allow for freedom leg movement while shooting hoops. Very comfortable. My wife calls these 'short shorts'. I own many different colors.

Super comfy, cute, short booty shorts. If you like them snug, just get your regular size. If you like them loose, you should still get your regular size, but suit yourself. Lightweight, breathable, enough stretch, no pockets, and no liner, so what you see is what you get and what you get is what you see. Things don't just hang out of these if you have thicc thighs, toned quads, or a juicy booty, but they will accentuate any and all assets. They're great for lounging, working out, cruising, gayborhood errands, or for making liberally passive-aggressive commentary about stuffy junk that smug traditional, conservatives will pretend not to see, with wandering eyes.

Piping on side flares out at bottom and looks goofy.
