Iam a cookier and I use this in every batch of cookies I make ! Royal icing sugar cookies can be so bland and this certainly livens them up . Not too sweet . My customers rave about the flavor of my cookies since I started using this . FYI I use 2 tbs to a batch of cookies

Not Buttery
I was expecting a more buttery flavor. This has an orange flavor. It’s not bad but I expected more butter flavor.

Best flavor for frosting
LorAnns best emulsions for flavors, But received damaged. The part not covered with bubble wrap. Driver handed it to me but had a funny look on face like she knew it was broken and handed it to me with other packages in front. This stuff expensive but no replacements even if they break it in shipping. Got glass in hand while opening package.

Needs to be more carefully packed but love the flavor.
The emulsion arrived with a broken cap. I am storing it with Saran Wrap and a rubber band. A bit disappointed that a new cap was not offered.

I will never bake cookies without it again! The flavor profile is amazing and everyone that has tried my sugar cookies using it absolutely love it and say they have the best flavor
