Oh my goshness!
This review is for the lubed Glorious Panda tactile switch. I replaced the Cherry MX Brown switches in my Ducky One 3 SF, and I could not be happier. Installation was a breeze. There were 3 switches with damaged pins, but I had more than enough for my 65% board. This keyboard has north-facing LEDs, so they are a little dimmer than stock, but I'm good with that, as the typing experience more than makes up for it. Getting to the typing experience, I would put these up there with the Zealio V2 67g switches at roughly the same price, but you can buy these lubed. I would have lubed them myself, but the price difference wasn't worth my time to take the switches apart, lube, re-assemble, and then finally install. The tactile bump is noticeable and pleasant. The switches themselves are quiet, even compared to the Cherry MX Browns that came installed from the factory. It almost feels like typing on bubble wrap, it's super satisfying. Shortly after installing the switches, I took a monkeytype.com test and hit new high scores on the 30-second and 100-word tests. I look forward to what these will be like once I get used to them/they get through their break-in period. To say it's like a completely new keyboard would be overstating the obvious as it technically is a new board at this point. Everything taken into consideration, I will be buying more of these for my other keyboards.

Favorite switches!
They sound and feel great! For many years I have always been a clicky switch guy, I wanted to hear that audible click with each keystroke. Over time though as my son's got older and it was always loud in the room or I was wearing headphones I couldn't hear it half the time anyway. I decided it would be better to feel the click. I tried a host of different tactile switches on the cheaper side to save a little money. After watching many reviews I decided I would get a set of the Glorious Pandas and then everything changed. As of now I have purchased 5 sets to cover my two primary keyboards and will probably buy two more in the near future to update my 3rd system's keyboard. While they will sound different in different boards the feel is similar regardless. I'm not a heavy typist so while they sound great when they bottom out I don't get that all the time what I do get though is the feel of the tactile bump and that is the satisfaction I wanted. It's my favorite hands down. Yes over time as this industry continues to evolve maybe I'll find something else but right now I just get the odd looks from the family as to why I have tons of switches in the closet I tested and removed for the Pandas. Highly recommend if you are looking for a tactile switch that feels great for typing and gaming that simply sound fantastic in most boards.

Great switch but terrible pricing and packaging
This switch feels like you are typing on a dream, It has the clicky tactile feeling of a MX Cherry Blue or Brown but with its own unique "thocky" sound to it. It really is a mixture of everything I enjoy in a MX Cherry keyswitch but better. I bought the lubed variant and I can tell the difference coming from a mechanical keyboard that did not have lubed switches its a much more comfortable and smooth experience. While I think the quality of the switch is perfect the amount of switches you get per box, the packaging, and the price are not Ideal. You only get 36 switches per box and if you are like me and have a full 108 key keyboard you need to buy 3 boxes of these and they aren't cheap switches to begin with. With these switches being advertised and priced as a premium switch, which to be honest, they really are, I would expect the packaging to be better. They come shipped in a thin cardboard box loose in a plastic baggy which lead to a couple of the switches being bent. With only receiving 36 in a box at the price they are I would like to expect a thicker secure box and with each switch packaged in some sort of plastic tray not in some sort of plastic baggy like I am buying a 100+ count of some Chinese offbrand cherry switches.

Makes Q8 thockier!
Made my Keychron q8 finally sound and feel amazing. Originally had Keychron red linear which were too light and clacky. Tried some RK creamy linear and they didnโt sound better. Bought a 36 pack of panda thocky switches and boy the feel and sound are night and day. I only replaced the alphas, spaces, enter , del , esc, and ctl, so I can permanently hear and feel the difference with the other keys that are still kq red linear. Super satisfying sound, not noisy but not silent either. Medium volume. The key travel is like typing on popping bubbles. Enough actuation force to prevent key stroke errors. My only con is that itโs not 5 pin. But thatโs preference .

Very tactile
They are in fact tactile unlike other tactile switches and sound very nice, i highly recommend you try them.

Fantastic tactile switches.
For the price, they're honestly hard to beat, in my opinion. If you hate lubing your switches, or just don't have nor want to buy the tools to lube the switches yourself, then these are a great option. They aren't much more than the unlubed versions, compared to most switches, which can cost double the price to buy hand-lubed (looking at you, Durock), and honestly feel fantastic. They aren't too sharply tactile, but are enough to give you some decent resistance at the beginning. The lube job feels even, and I can't feel any significant grittiness in any of them. Some people say gaming can be a pain with heavier tactiles, but I'm generally very heavy-handed when gaming, so it doesn't feel like much of a difference to me, and it's nice to notice if I'm accidentally depressing another key that I don't mean to while playing an FPS. Probably the best bang for your buck as far as high-end tactiles, considering that Zealios cost more than this despite being unlubed. Hard not to recommend these for tactile enjoyers.

Great switch, but I'd definitely skip the lube.
The switches are great lubed but they're absolutely worthless with the factory lube or dry. Scratch to the max even with the lubed version, if you're planning on just buying them and using them go for it. If you're anything of an enthusiast definitely go for unlubed and just do it yourself. Calling the factory lube job inconsistent would be a favor honestly, a good third of the switches ping extremely badly, and a good half of that third feel completely stock.

U should give it a try
I have keychron v6 full size mechanical keyboard. It had brown keys previously. After replacing them with these keys, the keyboard sounds a little bit thockier. It feels a little bit premium. You should give it a try.
