how long are the tubes?

I believe there about 12” they have a plastic sleeve inside you will have to cut the bottom to hold bigger rods works well

Has anyone ever mounted these on a T Top?

If they fit the rail they are fine to mount on T Top. These are good quality heavy duty holders.
