These are well-made, thick, sturdy, but you might have to drill a larger hole for the bolt, but it won't weaken or bend the plate.

Bought these to mount an LED light bar to my roof rack and they fit right into the setup. Very sturdy and the powder coating seems to be durable.

These are great for various home improvement projects I had on my to-do list, and great to have around as needed. Unsure if they're powder coated or something else, but they have a nice finish.

These 5-inch steel plates are one of the items I like to have on hand in my shop - these come in handy in many different scenarios and this set has proven to be both sturdy and reliable.These will be very handy if you must mend 2 pieces back together by using this plate in the middle as a type of bandage. I also use these when affixing certain types of materials, such as plastic, especially when I know it will be under stress. For example I used this to mount a small plastic tray on to my rolling workstation so I would have a place for the paint brushes that were currently in use. This works great as it removes the stress from the weaker material - plastic in this case and guarantees it will hold up far better.This set is definitely one I recommend.

These are made well. They are painted but I don't notice any imperfections or poor work. Lots of uses from joining to creating added support.
