Q: does the dome of the cap remain stiff ie a stiff shape or is it also like the bill, ie not stiff, and collapses?

The bill has a stiff rim and holds its shape, the ‘dome’ is the same as an ordinary baseball cap. I have found it to be good quality and hard wearing.

Q: Is the brim of the cap folded like in the pic?

As you can see from video, it has a ridge around brim which can be turned up or left flat. It's a good cap.
