Put sand down and level and smooth the sand out. Very hot summer and we got anxious and didn't do a thorough job of smoothing the sand and getting it perfectly level. WE WANTED IN IT NOW!! 😆 We will take it completely down this fall and level and smooth the sand out. We love our pool. We've had 4 adults and 3 grands in the pool at once and had enough room. Probably need some kind of deck so the little ones can jump in. The ladder supplied is NOT a jumping platform and the pool isn't deep enough to dive into.

It's nearly impossible to get this style of pool level. Lots of Mason sand was required this is a large pool. Corners will pop out if it's not within an inch to level. Other than that can't keep kids out of it. Pump is weak that it comes with get a sand filter set up to keep it clean

Could be a good product. Don’t know. Never got the poles and we were denied a refund.

The directions for the pool were essentially non-existent. There were no written instructions, only very poor illustrations which were not clearly numbered. Steps were omitted resulting in errors in installation which required we drain the pool and correct the errors. The metal frame already has rust spots (the pool was installed at the end of May and it is only mid-August - the rust appeared mid-July). The directions for the pool filter were also poorly illustrated - there were no written instructions. I have a part which has not been used but the filter is working. I have had to repair an air release knob which broke when I was replacing the paper filter. The entire filter, including screws, is plastic. It has kept the pool clean but I do not expect it to last. The ladder is the only item with quality instructions - this is the easiest to assemble and could be assembled with no instructions. The ladder not only had clear illustrations but also well written instructions. Whoever writes the pool and filter instructions should take note and follow suit.

Great pool, but the plastic T for the pump was broke and 2 poles were bent when I received it.

We kept it up all winter and it’s still strong this year! Love that it came with a ladder. As you see, the cover that came with really doesn’t fit. We replaced the pump this year. Didn’t need to buy hubby decided a sand pump was better.
