Great fit for a corolla 09 - checked the fit with the vin and was good to go. Built nicely and gave the car a nice new car smell for weeks.

Thin and lightweight. But I don't expect much for the price of these mats. As one review with a picture notes, the driver side with the padding was a hideous color. I thought NO WAY! Has to be one mistake. I was wrong. My light grey mat came with a yellowish pad on it. I have some medium grey interior cloth paint so I put some of that on. And the pad is not a semi rigid plastic. It is a thick latex like dish washing gloves. Either it will tear first or my paint will flake off. As for the smell some report. Mats sold in the auto part store are usually hanging in the open air. These come wrapped in plastic inside a box. Chemical smell? Yes of course, these are made from chemicals. A shot of Fabreeze and aired out and no more smell. Will I buy again? NO! But that is because of the terrible color of the pad on top the drivers mat.

Mats are a good size compared to other universal fit mats. They don’t have anti- slip backing, they pill, with little fiber balls always needing to be cleaned up. Average quality. No better than a pair from Walmart that are less expensive. These are pricey for the quality.

I'm not expecting a perfect fit when purchasing a universal fit item, or even a perfect color match. Although, it does have a blueish tint. But I didn't notice a profound smell that other reviews mentioned. I'm criticizing the heel pad --- It was seriously about 2 hours of total usage when I saw the heel pad ripping apart. And it's not like I'm a big guy working construction or something like that. Just two days of commuting - wearing sneakers, 30min to destination then back home - 2 days in a row... and then I noticed that one row of the heel pad was torn loose... Within 2 weeks, 6-8 of them are loose or torn free, and I drive less than 150 miles a week. I kind of expected a fully molded rubber pad - but not this poofy thin rubber. There's one video review out there that really demonstrates this issue, and I wish I watched it beforehand.

So I bought these floor mats for my chevy impala wanting to get rid of the older ones I've had in my car for some time now. They were so dirty and old that there was no cleaner that can get these to it's new look or at least partial new look. So, I decided to go ahead and toss them and look on amazon for a similar set. I did use the option where it stated if they would fit for my car and indeed they did, and I was pleased how they were way less in price than I would get from an auto shop but for that price, I was a bit skeptical and now that I received them and used them, I should of went with my gut feeling. The mats were very thin and didn't even fit well. In fact, they were smaller in size than expected. Another thing is that the material, I felt like I bought these from a discount bargain shop because it felt of that cheap quality and to make matters more annoying, when they get dirty, they get very dirty real fast that after the first day, even with being careful with where I walk, these mats get dirty so fast and they are not easy to clean either. When I tried to clean them with stain remover and tried to use my handheld carpet washer on them, they basically smeared the whole mat making these once tan color mats I received on the first day to the second looking as if I bought the color brown. I'm not really pleased with these mats and I wish I would of at least at a good week or so out of these until I can replace them with a much better quality but after a day of usage and hard to clean? No thanks!
