This pressure regulator arrived timely as promised (Prime), packed well and with none of the leakage issues I had read in previous reviews. I've used it one time and found that turning the adjustment screw too far each time didn't allow the pressure to stabilize. That said, once I figured that out, I would turn it 1/4 - 1 turn, turn the interior water on and then off again and let it stabilize and then turn the adjustment screw again as needed. I got it set to 48 lbs (trailer is good up to 50) and left it there the rest of the time. Worked well and as promised! May 1, 2020 Update: I purchased this regulator during the 2017 season and it seemed to work well until our first trip this spring. It fluctuated 20 psi depending on whether I was adding water to the fresh tank or running the system off the park water. Once I had the tank full, I could never get it to drop below 63 lb psi which is well above the trailer's tolerance. I had to remove it from my system and go back to the inexpensive set regulator (40 psi - too low for my liking). I'm disappointed that this regulator did not last another several years, but then it wasn't that terribly expensive. I'm going to work on it and see if it is just stuck and if so I will update this review again. May 14, 2020 Update: I contacted the company by email to explain my issues with the unit. Jason asked me to describe the problems I was having and I did so as well as sent him pictures of the gauge while under certain conditions. He suggested that the gauge had apparently lost its calibration and that I needed a new one which I could purchase on Amazon as well (it can be purchased separate from the regulator body). I purchased the new gauge which arrived the day they said it would, removed the old gauge, attached it to my outdoor garden hose, attached a hose nozzle to it and tested it. Not only does it work well, it appears to read the adjusted pressure much more quickly than the original gauge. It took me all of 10 seconds to adjust it to 50psi (what I use for my RV) and when I detached it, the gauge dropped to 0psi as it was supposed to. I'm very happy with the new gauge AND with Jason from Renator for all his timely assistance. I would highly recommend this product for anyone needing to control the water pressure into their RV or any other application. I've been told that it is possible that leaving it in the trailer over the winter possibly was the cause of the issue - won't make that mistake again.

Just received this today and already installed it. This is a high quality item right out of the box - and I couldn’t be more pleased.

It works good to regulate the water flow to our travel trailer. My only complaint and it’s more of a wish than a complaint, is that the adjustment was a knob instead of a screw.

I guess it works like it is suppose to. It tells me our pressure and I am pleased.

We recently had to replace our original RV water pressure regulator after just three years—it could no longer deliver more than 30 PSI, so the faucets were reduced to a trickle and showers were downright tedious. I ordered the Renator regulator, installed it in minutes, and adjusted the pressure to 45 PSI. Immediately, the water pressure was back to normal! Since then, we’ve taken it on a couple of camping trips, and it has worked flawlessly. Showers feel like home again, faucets run strong, and everything operates exactly as it should. Looking back, I wish I had replaced our old one sooner instead of tolerating weak water flow. This Renator regulator is well-built, easy to adjust, and makes a huge difference in comfort. Highly recommended for any RV owner who values reliable water pressure!
